Actor Segun Ogungbe’s father is Christopher Akintola Ogungbe. Akinola was a Nigerian actor, filmmaker, producer, and director who worked in the film industry.

He was born in 1934 in Abeokuta and died on November 28, 2012 in the same city, the capital of Ogun State in Nigeria’s southwest.

He had 20 women and 50 children before his death, one of whom is Segun Ogungbe.
