Manchester United have given Jadon Sancho’s shirt number to a new signing.

With Jadon Sancho set to make a permanent move to Chelsea, Manchester United has assigned his No. 25 shirt to new signing Manuel Ugarte.

Ugarte, who was officially unveiled by United on Sunday, joined the club from Paris Saint-Germain in a £51 million deal.

Expressing his excitement about the move, Ugarte said, “The project here is extremely exciting. This is an ambitious club, and I’m an ambitious player. I will sacrifice and give everything for my teammates. Together, we’ll fight to win trophies and reach the level where United deserves to be.”

Sancho has joined Chelsea on an initial one-season loan, with the Blues obligated to sign him permanently for around £25 million.
