She held out a yam and said it cost £6.99 (N4k) on the video, doing a lower conversion to naira. When her mother saw the yam, she was amazed at the price.

She compared it to her seedling that she had set aside to plant in the village the next year, claiming that it was larger.

The woman was even more startled when the lady displayed her pumpkin leaves (ugwu leaves), which she had purchased for £2 (N1127).
