Minister Osinachi Nwachukwu, a prominent gospel singer, died unexpectedly on April 8, 2022, causing great pain among her followers. She was a devout Christian, a caring mother, and possessed a stunning voice. However, there have been questions raised regarding the circumstances surrounding her death, and investigations have begun.
However, in a message posted on NDEPO TV, Leading gospel artiste, Asu Ekiye advised fellow gospel singers not to join in spreading rumours surrounding the death of Minister Osinachi. He advised that they all wait for the autopsy report or outcome of the ongoing investigation
He said, “May I urge all music ministers, especially FOGMMON members Nationwide to desist from further public comments about the death of our colleague and sister Osinachi until the conclusion of investigations and the subsequent release of the autopsy report. I think this is the proper thing to do. We must resist the temptation of making unverifiable and unsubstantiated remarks. We must conduct ourselves in a very mature and responsible manner so we don’t obfuscate the entire process leading to the unraveling of the Truth.”
