Didi Ekanem, a Nollywood actress, took to social media to express her gratitude to God, revealing that she would be celebrating Christmas in her new home.
Didi Ekanam’s life was turned upside down on November 28, 2021, when her home and belongings were destroyed in a fire in Lagos.
The actress was shown crying hopelessly and perplexed about the situation in a series of videos posted to her Facebook page, claiming that fire had engulfed everything she had worked for in Lagos.

Didi bemoaned the fact that all of her late hours of hard work had vanished in an instant and that she could only depart with her passport, leaving her and her sister unsure of what to do next.
However, the actress took to Instagram a few weeks later to post photographs and videos of her new home while expressing gratitude to God.
Didi Ekanem said all her tears a few weeks ago ended in praise as she would be celebrating Christmas in her new house.

When the fire incident happened, at first I was confused and lost … then I started trusting and believing in God to get me though it without knowing that where God is taking me to is way better than where He brought me from. Without knowing also that what He was about to give me is bigger than what He took away from me.
