The investigation into music artist Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, over his alleged connections to the violent gang One Million Boys, has been ordered by the Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba.

The Zazuu star publicly identified himself as the founder of the infamous cults Ajah Boys and One Million Boys a few hours earlier, setting himself up for a backlash on social media.

The Zazu singer revealed this after online trolls mocked him for congratulating PDP candidate Ademola Adeleke, who won the governorship of Osun state, despite belonging to the APC’s support coalition (APC).

Reacting, The Lagos Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Afolabi, has been requested to look into Portable, according to a statement from the Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi.

Sequel to the trending video of one Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable where he claimed to have formed the One-Million Boys cult group terrorising some parts of Lagos State, the IGP has ordered CP Lagos to investigate the indicting statement and take necessary legal action.
