Austin Faani claims that in Nigeria, the search for a male kid might lead to a woman suffering from severe mental illness, necessitating the need for urgent sensitization.

On February 8, he posted a message to his Instagram profile saying that in Nigeria, having solely female children and actively seeking a son might lead to severe mental disorder in women. The Nigeria Ministry of Women Affairs has to devise strategies to educate these women.
