Some diners made fun of him because they believed he simply bought food for the woman, leaving him to go without food.
He could be seen yawning and appearing exhausted in a video that was released online while his date dug into a large piece of chicken that was on her plate.

They were being videotaped, and you could hear the guy who did it laughing in the background with his companions because they thought the man was suffering in silence.
The man appeared to have finished eating his own food before the video recording began, and if one looked closer at the table, there was also a tray in front of him.
