A classic saying goes that a good term begets another, but in this case, a nice, hardworking woman deserved to be praised. Women, as they say, are the salt of the earth, and they are supposed to feel exceptional once in a while.
On International Women’s Day, the Lagos State Government honored the Eko 100 women, including prominent Nollywood actress Funke Akindele. Being counted with her is a blessing because she is such a vivacious and hardworking woman.
Also, this is not the first time Funke Akindele has been honored; during her career, she has been showered with positive thoughts and energy, as well as several honors and recognition.
