There has been some discussion about Neto’s role on the right wing, as the summer signing from Wolves has primarily played on the left due to Madueke’s impressive form this season.

Maresca clarified the situation:

“As left wingers, we have Jadon and Misha [Mudryk]. As right wingers, we have Noni and Pedro. In attacking midfield, we have Joao Felix and Cole. For the No. 9 position, we have Nicolas, Christo, and Marc. We don’t have many players; we have two for each position.”
