In the beginning, Scott McTominay had managed to keep his spot in Ten Hag’s starting lineup, but it was only a matter of time before the five-time Champions League champion solidified his place in the team’s first-team plans. In addition to learning a new tactical system at United, Casemiro also had to become familiar with the playing characteristics and styles of all of his new teammates.

The midfielder recently gave his perspective on the United team during a quickfire Q&A with the Premier League’s YouTube account.

When the team is at Carrington, Casemiro confessed he always wants to be on the same team as his compatriot and praised Jadon Sancho and Antony as being the most skilled players.

Bruno Fernandes was also named as having the “best engine” in training, which is not surprising since the Portuguese international traveled the most distance on the field for United during the victory over Tottenham (12.37 kilometers).
