Nollywood actress, Adesanya Toyosi have remembered Veteran Actor, Late Pa Oyin Adejobi 22 years after his death. She took to her Instagram page to share the picture of the Late Oyin Adejobi. He was one of the talented veterans in the industry who had contributed immensely to the progress of movie industry in Nigeria when he was alive.
Oyin Adejobi was one of the founding fathers of traveling in Nigeria and in Africa at large, among the notable star actors in the Nollywood movie industry that passed through his tutelage in theatre are Alhaji Kareem Adepoju also known as Baba Wande, Kola Oyewo, Grace Oyin Adejobi also known as Iya Osogbo, late Alabi Yellow, late Tafa Oloyede, Iya Gbonka, Alabi Ogundepo, Deji Aderemi also known as Olofa Ina, and many others.
He was very creative, gifted, and talented in acting and interpretation of roles. He will forever be remembered for his very educative, hilarious, and great plays. Among his notable work such as Ekuro Oloja, Orogun Adedigba, Kuye, Iyekan Soja, Kootu Asipa, Ile Iwosan, and others. He received so many notable awards, and was given a doctorate honourary award in Unilag about 23 years ago, same year he celebrated his 50 years on stage. Pa Oyin Adejobi died at the age of 74 on the 31st of May, 2000 at UCH, Ibadan after a very brief illness. He was survived by wives and many children.
