During a grueling encounter at the Tottenham Stadium on Saturday night, Usyk dethroned Joshua.

Usyk’s quickness, movement, and accuracy were too much for AJ to handle, and the Ukrainian is now the new heavyweight champion.

Usyk eventually overpowered Joshua and had him out on his feet in the final round, saving AJ from being knocked out.

Against Joshua, the Ukrainian boxer won 117-112, 116-112, 115-113 to become the world’s two-division champion.

According to Hearn, AJ has promised to win the rematch, which will almost definitely be his next fight: “I spoke to him [Joshua].

“It was a grueling fight, and he’s not quite speaking the way you’d expect him to at the moment.

“Devastated. It’s time to talk about training once more. He believes it’s fine if they check at the eye socket.
