A video, shared by popular Instagram blogger Tunde Ednut, showcased the child holding a football, donning a jersey, and wearing a mask as if preparing to play football with friends. In the background, voices could be heard playfully referring to the youngster as Osimhen.
Upon seeing the video, Victor Osimhen requested Tunde Ednut’s assistance in locating the little boy. Acting swiftly, Tunde engaged content creator Eriq Morak for support. The search revealed that the boy resides in Ivory Coast, not Nigeria as initially assumed.

In an update, Tunde Ednut shared, “I initially thought this little man was Nigerian. You won’t believe we found him in Ivory Coast. @eriqmorak found him. He lives in Ivory Coast. I couldn’t see his message, so he reached out to @ogb recently_ and OGB messaged me. I spoke to the family briefly to make sure it was the boy.”
Following Victor Osimhen’s generous gift, the family of the young boy expressed their gratitude to the footballer in a video, acknowledging his kind gesture.
