In an interview with TVC, the single mother of four explained that she entered her marriage with a limited understanding of its complexities and cited that “life happened” as a contributing factor to the end of her marriage.

In her words:

“…Well for me, life happened. A lot of times people go into marriage with a little bit of understanding of what they really are going into. And they don’t have a clear picture. Unfortunately, their lives unfold during the marriage and it is like a make-or-mar situation. I think that’s what happened to me.”

Discussing her career as an on-air personality, the comedienne mentioned that her transition from law to radio was unplanned.

Lolo added that she had always had a passion for the media, emphasizing that she initially believed she would become a television presenter, but radio ended up finding her.

She mentioned that she went in search of a job at a television station but was directed to a media training school, where she developed a deep affection for radio presenting.

The 46-year-old law school graduate revealed that she makes more income as a compere compared to her work in acting and radio presenting. She also mentioned her intention to venture into the music industry and embark on tours in the future.
