Congratulations were in order for Zazuu Zeh’ Crooner, Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, who presented his new house early Saturday. He announced on Instagram, thanking God for his new acquisition and promising his followers a housewarming celebration shortly. The announcement comes after the singer made headlines for welcoming his second child and marrying his baby mom.

Bobrisky

Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, also known as Bobrisky, a controversial cross-dresser, recently became a landlord in Lagos. Bobrisky hosted a pre-housewarming party for his new acquisition last month, disclosing that the major home party will take place in September. In a shared Instagram picture, he claimed that the mansion reportedly cost N400 million to acquire.

Nonso Temisan Ajufo, known professionally as DJ Big N, is a Nigerian hip-hop Disc Jockey now signed to Mavin Records. He unveiled a new automobile and a house on April 13th, while celebrating his birthday.

Laide Bakare

Laide Bakare, a popular Nollywood Yoruba actress and film producer, is the only female Nigerian celebrity to have launched a new home this year. The actress posted images of the house under construction after completion on social media to share the good news. Her new crib is said to be in the centre of Lekki.

Davido

Without mentioning music sensation Davido, the list would be incomplete. With some sold-out gigs, worldwide collaboration, and more money in the bank, this year has truly been a blessing for the “Fem” crooner. His extravagant desire for material things cannot be overstated, which is why, earlier last year, he reportedly spent $1.2 million on a new crib in Banana Island, Lagos State.

Sina Rambo

Sina Rambo, a Nigerian singer and cousin to music sensation Davido, was the first celebrity to unveil a new residence in January of this year. The artist, who has been out of the music industry for some time, took on Instagram around 6 months ago to share photographs of his new home and a new car.
